Finally had time to be a bit creative today and made four cards, all same design but with different sentiments on - always a good idea to make more than one of a card where you have it all out anyway.
This card features the emboss resist technique. I stamped the flourish from Everything Eleanor on Whisper White cardstock with Versamark ink and heat embossed the flourishes with clear embossing powder. I then sponged Pool Party classic ink all over the Whisper White piece of card. The cardstock picks up the colour but the embossed images resists the ink and stays white. On the featured card i used a greeting and image from Elements of Style, which will retire on June 30.
The other three cards I made have sentiments from Perfectly Penned and Memorable Moments.
Don't forget that this is the last month of the 2012/13 catalogue and the seasonal catalogue. There is a long retirement list and things are selling out fast so get in quick. To avoid disappointment I would suggest that you Shop On Line at my Stampin' Up! website www.stampingmette.stampinup.net
Anyone who places an order with me in June – online or in person – will receive a gift containing sneak peaks from the new catalogue. In addition to this anyone who places an order of $100 or more with me – either online or in person – will be in the draw to be hostess and receive $50 in free product. Just remember to add the hostess code SDWSXQKZ, when you place your order online. This code is valid until Sunday June 9, where after a new hostess code will be available. Please check my blog to see the new hostess code valid from June 10 to June 16.
