October class

October's class was not focused on Christmas at all, but on generic cards and a couple of different techniques.

The first card is made using the tripple stamping technique, where you stamp all 3 layers at the same time.
The cardstock is Very Vanilla and Early Espresso, and the stamp set is French Foilage. The leaves are stamped using the rock'n'roll technique with More Mustard, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso classic ink.

The leaf on top is stamped, sponged, distressed and sprayed with Champagne Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol.

This card is cased from Dawn Olchefske, at http://dostamping.typepad.com. The cardstock is Whisper White and Not Quite Navy. The birds and words are from Easy Eventsand stamped separately with black Stazon ink, the frame is from Memorable Moments. The lattice die was used with the silver glimmer paper, and the framelits labels collection used to cut the 2 layers.

The last card was a card I made for a challenge at the annual retreat at Tinaroo. The cardstock is very vanilla and cherry cobbler, and the dsp is the First Edition Specialty paper. The flower is stamped with the Daydream Medallions stamp set and cut using the Floral frames framelits. All edges are daubed with cherry cobbler and so is the Crochet Trim ribbon. The greeting is from Memorable Moments stamped in Cherry Cobbler. The brad is from the Antique Brads.

This box is made to fit standard size cards with envelopes. It is made using Basic Black cardstock and a windowsheet. The lacy circle is from the Perfect Pennants and cut in Whisper White, the circle is cut from Rose Red with the 1-3/8 circle punch and the butterflies are cut with the new Elegant Butterfly punch from Baja Breeze cardstock and embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots and Petals-a-Plenty embossing folders.
